Available in the Grove City, Westerville, Northeast Columbus, and South Side areas, COTA//Plus reimagines public transportation to offer Central Ohioans mobility solutions that can move every life forward.

Grove City

Service Area

In Grove City, COTA//Plus provides mobility solutions within the designated zones that include service to the Village of Urbancrest. Mt. Carmel Grove City, Grove City Town Center, South-Western Career Academy, Evans Center and Southpark Industrial Area. Customers can request a ride using the COTA//Plus mobile app. Within 15 minutes, a COTA//Plus vehicle that is operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive to the pick-up location. Accessible vehicles available upon request.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we currently only allow two individuals per vehicle (or up to three family members).

Customers can request a ride using the COTA//Plus mobile app. Within 15 minutes, a COTA//Plus vehicle that is operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive to the pick-up location. Accessible vehicles available upon request.

Northeast Columbus

Service Area

In response to acute mobility needs caused by the pandemic, COTA//Plus is now available as a mobility solution in Northeast Franklin County using full size coaches. COTA//Plus service in this area will provide transit access for customers who are experiencing reduced service or lost fixed-route service in parts of Northeast Columbus, Gahanna and New Albany.
Customers can request a ride using the COTA//Plus mobile app and as soon as twenty minutes, a coach operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive to the pick-up location. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic all coaches currently have a 20 passenger limit.

Hours of Operations

5 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.

Service Area

On the South Side, COTA//Plus provides mobility solutions within the designated zones that include service to German Village, the Brewery District, Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Reeb Avenue Center and the Marion Franklin Community Recreation Center. This zone will connect to our fixed route service including the Line 4 (Indianola/Lockbourne), Line 5 (W 5th Ave/ Refugee), Line 8 (Karl/ S High/Parsons), Line 22 (OSU/Rickenbacker), Line 1 and Line 11. Customers can request a ride using the COTA//Plus mobile app. Within 15 minutes, a COTA//Plus vehicle that is operated by a COTA driver will respond and arrive to the pick-up location. Accessible vehicles available upon request.
