- $2,000 for newly hired student operators
- $2,500 for those already in possession of a CDL-B license
For new hires, half of the incentive would be paid after 4 weeks of training and the remaining would be paid out after 6 weeks of training.

COTA EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Through our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), we organize food drives, free produce drops, resources for Veterans, toy donations and so much more. ERGs are voluntary, employee-led groups organized around a shared interest or identity. They serve as a resource for members and organizations by fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned by organizational mission, values, goals, business practices and objectives.
