Unlock Your COTA//Plus Discounts with Concessions

Getting the right fare every time is now easier than ever. Instead of
entering a promo code for every ride, you can set up your discount in
the COTA//Plus app with the Concessions feature.

How It Works:

  1. Open the COTA//Plus app.
  2. Tap the menu in the top left corner.
  3. Select Concessions to see the available programs.
  4. Toggle on the discount program that applies to you — your fare will
be adjusted automatically when you book a ride.
  5. If you need an ADA-accessible vehicle, toggle on Mobility Assistance
Needed to request one for every ride.

Available Concessions

COTA//Plus offers a variety of concessions, including:

  • Senior Discount – Reduced fares for eligible
    seniors.
  • C-pass – Free rides for participating downtown
    employees.
  • Student Discounts – Free or reduced fares for
    eligible students.
  • Mobility Assistance – Requests an accessible
    vehicle when booking.*

*Mobility Assistance does not reduce fare. The toggle provides door-to-door service in an accessible vehicle.

Some discounts require eligibility verification, and we regularly
audit participation. Be prepared to show appropriate identification
(e.g., student ID for student discounts) if requested.
