Join COTA Voice
COTA Voice is a voluntary, opt-in research group for Central Ohio residents who ride COTA. You’ll hear from us via email or text about one or two surveys per month. Participants may receive gift cards or prize-draw entries.

We periodically seek feedback on specific services or routes to help guide improvements. Every response helps us make transit better for you and your community.
