COTA hosts regularly scheduled governance meetings as well as public comment meetings for all major initiatives. Written comments may also be submitted during regular business hours at the William J. Llota Building located at 33 N. High St. Columbus, OH 43215.
Board of Trustees
The Board is the governing body of COTA and is responsible for overseeing COTA.
Board meetings are typically held on the fourth Wednesday of each month (excluding August). Public comments are welcome at the beginning of each COTA Board meeting prior to the discussion of agenda items.

Mobility Roundtable With Accessible Transportation Advisory Committee (ATAC) Meetings
The purpose of the Mobility Roundtable with ATAC is to bring together a group of individuals to discuss concerns, compliments and solutions to COTA’s transportation services and mobility services within Franklin County. The Mobility Roundtable with ATAC meets quarterly for one hour from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at COTA’s William J. Lhota Building, 33 N. High Street, Columbus, OH 43215 in the W. G. Porter Board Room.
