Take COTA to OSU vs. Nebraska
The Central Ohio Transit Authority is offering its popular express bus service to the Ohio State University home football game Saturday, Nov. 3, when the Buckeyes host the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Start time for the game is 12 p.m.
COTA has partnered with the Ohio Expo Center to provide convenient, low-cost Park & Ride service between the Expo Center at 17th Avenue and I-71, and 17th Avenue and Neil Avenue–approximately one block from Ohio Stadium. Parking for the Nebraska game is south of 17th Avenue at the Fairgrounds.
COTA’s Expo Center football service begins operation three hours before kick-off. Return service begins after the third quarter, and operates for two hours after the game ends. Drop-off location will be the same as the pick-up location.
The cost to park at the Expo Center is $5. Roundtrip express fare to Ohio Stadium is $5.50 for adults and $2 for children 48” tall and over, through 12 years of age. Children under 48” ride free (limit three children per family).
Fans may take the express service bus without parking at the Expo Center for the same roundtrip fee of $5.50 per adult. Fans parking RV’s at the Expo Center are also invited to take the express bus.
Fans can park for free and board the express service bus at COTA’s Crosswoods Park & Ride, located at 7460 Huntington Park Dr., which will also operate three hours before and two hours after each home game.
Regular COTA service to the campus area is also available on a variety of lines. Here’s how to ride.
