COTA's 2007-2011 Short-Range Transit Plan available.
COTA has developed a five-year Short-Range Transit Plan (SRTP) in conjunction with the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission’s (MORPC) Transportation Improvement Program (TIP).
The TIP describes planned investments in the region’s transportation system including public transit, road construction projects, bicycle and pedestrian amenities, and programs to improve regional air quality.
The 2007-2011 SRTP, which is drawn from COTA’s Long-Range Transit Plan, describes mass transit service enhancements, expenditures, and funding to serve the community’s transit needs.
