 You're Guaranteed a Ride Home
You ride COTA, but you’re concerned about how you’ll get home when you have an emergency. The Guaranteed Ride Home (GRH) program provides a reimbursed taxi ride home for 90 percent of the fare – including a 15 percent tip. To be eligible, you must ride COTA, carpool or vanpool, be registered with RideSolutions, and be at work when the emergency or schedule change occurs. This service is available to you up to 4 times per year and is free to commuters who work in one of RideSolutions 11-county service areas.
