Employee Benefits
The Central Ohio Transit Authority is committed to offering a competitive benefits package to all of its employees, both administrative and represented. In order to meet this commitment, COTA has contracted with a variety of insurance vendors to offer benefits plans to its employees. These benefits are broken up into two categories, Basic Benefits (full time), and Optional Benefits (available to all employees at a group rate). The benefits are as follows:

In addition to these benefits, COTA also offers a Fitness/Wellness reimbursement program, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), the Ohio Tuition Trust Authority program, and the Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program. |
