Will Call Program

Door-to-Door Service.

COTA offers our Will Call Services for paratransit riders who need rides for on-going long-term medical treatments such as dialysis or chemotherapy. You must have a COTA ADA ID to ride.

How It Works:

  • Call MyCity Transportation at (614) 324-2586 to schedule your ride. Please call at least one hour before pickup.
  • Travel to your appointment and pay for your ride.
  • Call MyCity Transportation at least one hour in advance for a ride home.

Will Call rides are available Monday-Friday, 5 am to 9 pm.

Fares

Cash and Mainstream Passes are accepted. Personal care attendants ride free.
