Beginning Tuesday Jan. 12, 2010 COTA will temporarily realign the #8 Frebis Ave. route. Due to construction along Lockbourne Road, the #8 Frebis Ave will be realigned beginning Jan. 12, 2010 through Nov. 2010. Heading south past Refugee Road, the bus will travel south on Lockbourne Road and turn left on Watkins Road to Weirton. Heading north past Watkins Road, the bus will travel north on Fairwood Ave. and turn left on Marion Road to Lockbourne Road. Click here for more information.
