COTA’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006, has been certified by the Auditor of State. The CAFR represents COTA’s commitment to provide accurate, concise and high quality financial information to its Board of Trustees and interested parties. The CAFR contains financial statements and statistical data that provide full disclosure of all the material financial operations of the Authority.
